Quotations
A quotation (quote) is a price offer sent to a customer before they confirm the purchase.
Quotation Workflow
DRAFT → SENT → ACCEPTED → Convert to Order

Create Quotation
Go to Quotations → + New Quotation. Add customer, lines, and due date.

Send to Customer
Click Mark as Sent, then share the link via WhatsApp or Email.

Mark as Accepted
When the customer agrees, click Mark as Accepted.

Convert to Order
Click Convert to Order — a Sales Order is created automatically with all the same lines.
The Convert to Order button only appears once the quotation is in ACCEPTED status.
Quotations are numbered automatically: QUO-2025-0001. Converted orders keep a reference to the original quotation.
