Settings Overview

Go to ⚙ Settings in the sidebar to configure your account. Settings are organised into four tabs:

🏢 Company Tab

• Company Name, Email, Phone, Website
• WhatsApp Number — for customer sharing
• License Number — Trade / Commercial license
• Tax Number — TRN / VAT / GST number
• Address — Full address for invoices
• Country & Language — Sets regional defaults
• Currency & Tax Rate — Default for all documents

🎨 Branding Tab

• Logo — Upload company logo for PDFs
• Document Color — Accent color on PDF headings
• Document Font — Font used on PDFs
• Quick Color Presets — 8 preset brand colors

📄 Documents Tab

• Custom Prefix — Override default numbering prefix (INV, ORD, QUO…)
• Quotation Footer — Terms shown at bottom of quotations
• Order Footer — Terms shown on sales orders
• Invoice Footer — Payment terms, bank details, etc.
• Delivery Note Footer — Handling and receipt instructions
• Purchase Order Footer — Supplier terms
