Every stock change is logged permanently with date, type, quantity, balance, and reference.

Per-Product History

Go to Inventory → click a product name → see the full movement log for that product.

All Movements Log

Go to Inventory → click 📋 Movement History to see all movements across all products (last 500 entries).

Movement Types

  • IN — Stock received (green)
  • OUT — Stock issued/sold (red)
  • ADJUSTMENT — Manual correction (blue)
  • OPENING — Opening balance set (grey)
