Inventory Management

LedgerFlow tracks real-time stock levels for Storable products. Every stock movement is recorded with a full audit trail.

Product Types

• 📦 Storable — Physical item with stock tracking (e.g. electronics, goods)
• 🛠 Service — Intangible work (e.g. consulting, installation) — no stock
• 🔩 Consumable — Physical item used up, no tracking needed
• 💸 Expense Item — Used for expense categorisation

Inventory Dashboard

Go to Inventory in the sidebar to see:

• All storable products with current stock levels
• Total stock value (cost price × quantity)
• Low stock warnings (yellow) and out-of-stock alerts (red)
• Last movement date per product
