Every document (quotation, order, invoice) has a public share link that customers can view without logging in.

Open the Document
Go to any invoice, quotation, or order.

Click WhatsApp
Click the WhatsApp button — a pre-filled message with the document link opens in WhatsApp Web or your phone.
Share via Email

Click Email
Click the Email button to compose a pre-filled email with the document link.
Copy Link
Click Copy Link to get the shareable URL — paste it anywhere (SMS, Telegram, etc.).
Share links are secure — they use a cryptographic signature and cannot be guessed. Customers see a clean, professional view of the document without needing an account.
